Citadel of Anguish
An Asylum of Anguish key consists of two parts. The first is MPG Raid trials. Each successful win you get from the 6 trials gives you a portion of the key (Mastery of XXX Rune). Upon succesful completion of all 6, you automatically receive the first half of the key, "Seal: Mastery of All". The second half of the key consists of a group portion called the Signets. Each of the 7 upper exp zones in OOW have special "named" Dragorn who drop nothing but a special signet and only one drop per kill. Three spawn in instances and have only one spawn point, while 4 come from static zones and can spawn multiple designated places. Once you have all 7, you get a bag from Taromani in RSS in which you combine them and hand the completed bag back to her for a character flag. For reference, the signets are:
Crystal-Gemmed Signet: Riftseekers' Sanctum (a Dragorn Battlemaster)
Discolored Signet: Sewers of Dranik (a Cunning Dragorn)
Dust-Marred Signet - Catacombs of Dranik (an Insidious Dragorn)
